I am a highly motivated individual seeking an opportunity to contribute my skills and knowledge. I have several years experience in Customer Service and Networking. A few of the skills I possess are being a strong verbal and written communicator, adaptability and multitasking; great time management, organization, problem solving, and working with others. In addition, I possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) as well as all popular business applications that support this function. In addition to Microsoft applications I have configured and maintained Cisco (Meraki), Palo Alto, Netgear, and a plethora of digital signage equipment from previous job experiences. I love to engage with co-workers to build a relationship and foundation as I believe this is an essential aspect to drive a company forward! Whilst working in the customer service atmosphere I have received numerous compliments on my great work ethic and my calm demeanor when approached with with problems. While working in the Network Operations Center at SageNet I have learned to adapt to situations and to solve problems promptly.
