About Max Agadoni

With experience in Digital Product Management, M&A, and Business Transformations, Max brings strategic, operational and technical leadership to engagements, along with broad functional experience. He has successfully delivered the project planning and execution for global acquisitions & divestitures, advised on cost saving opportunities for clients in crisis, and built digital products in an agile environment. Max is cross-industry experienced, with projects delivered for global corporations in the United States and abroad. Max’s strong inter-personal and team work skills have allowed him to advise and collaborate with Director, VP, and C-level executives, as well as product developers, designers & testers. He has experience designing strategies, developing complex data models, and leading technical and business projects. Max graduated from Southern Methodist University with a MS in Operations Research and a BS in Management Science. While at SMU, he had exposure to working with the university's Board of Trustees and other leadership offices across the campus. He is an energetic, adaptable, quick-learner with a strong work ethic who is driven to make an impact and add value to his projects.
