As a dedicated Program Manager - Workforce Operations at Earn to Learn, I specialize in empowering students to achieve their career and educational goals. Starting my journey as an AmeriCorps member assisting high school students with college applications, FAFSA, and job searches, my experience has helped me transition into a leadership role where I am assisting in the development of an innovative program that makes a tangible impact on local communities across Arizona. Currently, I’m collaborating with the Arizona Department of Education (ADE) and the Arizona Education Economic Commission (AEEC) to create a groundbreaking career exploration program that will utilize META AR/VR technology to introduce students to career opportunities in some of Arizona’s key industries. Our goal is to not only introduce students to diverse career pathways and opportunities but also to set them up for academic and professional success by guiding them toward CTE and other programs that equip them with the skills needed for entry-level jobs in industries across Arizona. I am passionate about workforce development, equity in education, and building pathways for students to succeed. Whether it’s leading a team, designing interactive lesson plans, or implementing cutting-edge technology, I thrive on creating opportunities that bridge the gap between education and industry.
