I entered the world of personal growth in 1995 with Roberto Re and HRD which I helped develop for almost 20 years, bringing coaching to Italy in 1998, then corporate training, specialising in team coaching since 2003 and finally getting to facilitation. Coach, NLP Master Practioner, Best Year Yet and Teams to Results Program Leader, GTD Black Belt, ProcessWork Advanced Student, Asana Partner. I studied with Anthony Robbins, Richard Bandler, Robert Dilts, Tad James, Roy Martina, Peggy Dylan, Jinny Ditzler, Tim Koldijk, Peter Senge, Alex Osterwalder, Tim Clark and Arnold Mindell. I was the first to experiment and introduce in Italy innovative and unconventional methods, tools and practices of self-awareness, teamwork and time management, specialising in team collaboration and work management platforms. Founder of the iFacilitatori Project, which brings the experience of Facilitation to Organisations in the world of Business and Public Administration. I spent more than 20 years supporting people and teams of the most important Italian companies: Marcegaglia, SMC, Fiat, NewHolland, ZF, MercedesBenz, Finmeccanica, Saint Gobain, Ferrovie dello Stato, Azimut Yacths, SMAPE, Intermodaltrasporti, Brioni, Microsoft, Altran, Unisys, Seven Invicta, Re / Max, Pirelli RE, MPS, INA Assitalia, Allianz, Euler Hermes and many others. and creating upskilling courses for institutions such as FASI and PA Organisations such as the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
