Im Automobilkonzern gestartet, als Aktienanalyst und Autor ins Content Marketing gerutscht und nun Marketingverantwortlicher der TAM Akademie. Ich durfte schon viele unterschiedliche Facetten von Unternehmenskultur miterleben, doch die besten Unternehmen sind die, in denen das Individuum sie mitgestalten kann und darf. Als BWLer und Wirtschaftspsychologe liebe ich es, mitansehen zu können, wie Unternehmen wachsen, sich verändern und kleine Stellschrauben-Veränderungen positiven Einfluss auf ihre Entwicklung nehmen. Ich mag es, mich mit spannenden Menschen zu vernetzen und ihre Geschichten zu hören. Deshalb freue ich mich über einen anregenden Austausch! Started in the automotive industry, slipped into content marketing as a stock analyst and author and I am now marketing manager at the TAM Academy. I have been able to experience many different facets of corporate culture, but the best companies are those in which the individual can and may help shape them. As a classical business economist and less classical business psychologist, I love being able to see how companies grow, change and witness how little adaptions can have a great positive influence on their development.
