About Max Brown

Greetings— my name is Max! I was born and raised in a small town called Salem, Wisconsin, located between Chicago and Milwaukee. I am a true Wisconsinite, always will be. While attending Westosha Central High School in Salem, I also attended Gateway Technical College and received an Associate's Degree in Aeronautical Pilot Training. This degree provided me with a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument and Multi-engine ratings. Flying will always be a passion of mine, and it certainly keeps my perspective in line! After receiving my Associate’s degree, I attended Bellevue University of Omaha, Nebraska to study Business. In May 2021, I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. This was during the heat of Covid-19, and my career path of being in the airlines as a Commercial pilot was put on pause. This allowed me to explore my interests in business and real estate. In July 2022, I began my career as a Leasing Associate with Continental Properties in Colorado. Shortly after, in July 2023, I was promoted to Assistant Community Manager between three, 240+ unit communities in the Denver and Colorado Springs market. Property Management helped develop a wide variety of skills, however my inner passion and heart was always pushing me back into aviation and the freedom of flight. As of January, 2024, my role in property management has transitioned to part time, allowing me to dedicate my time to becoming a Certified Flight Instructor, which will give me the platform to build my flight hours and secure a position as a pilot.
