Financial Consultant currently operating as a DUA Analyst with responsibilities of managing relationship between the client and the outsourced data processing team. Managing queries raised daily by the team, creating/manage data returns that are due either monthly, quarterly or annually to other departments/upper management for regulatory/data reporting purposes. Deal with Ad-Hoc requests from other departments. Heading weekly meetings with outsource team to discuss the weeks progress, provide updates on previous issues raised and to direct team to complete any work due for data reporting purposes/future pieces of work.Previous background has been as a Bordereaux Delivery Manager which involved uploading BDX files into Vipr systems. Mapping files to the correct fields and ensuring compliance with the solvency II regulation through timely uploading of bordereaux sourced through direct communication with brokers or from market wide repositories. Responsible for discovering discrepancies within reconciliation report, analysing the data and providing a solution to the issue. Created weekly reports and produced metrics on the team’s progress for Friday meetings involving Senior management. These reports were then used in the monthly OpCo meetings. Monitored, tracked and reviewed issues log, escalating concerns to senior management and providing potential solutions.Other previous work has been experience in reviewing OTC Derivative contracts in the form of MA’s (Master Agreements), CSA’s (Credit Support Annex’s), Platinum and Generic Agreements at a Tier 1 Investment Bank / Financial Technology Provider. Trained an entire offshore team in the review of multiple OTC Derivative contracts and oversaw their progress. Worked closely with the BA, development and product team to improve the programs UI & it’s main features. Understudy to the management of the workflow/remediation tasks for a review team in India of up to 11 members.
