I’m a Technical Documentation Leader with over 20 years of experience creating clear, user-friendly documentation that bridges the gap between complex software/hardware systems and diverse audiences, from developers to end users. I specialize in software documentation, API reference materials, automation scripting (Python, VBA), onboarding content, and internal knowledge bases. My goal is always the same: to empower users and improve product usability through accurate, accessible, and scalable documentation. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across industries and teams—from enterprise software and cloud platforms to mobile device management and healthcare software systems. I thrive in cross-functional environments where I can collaborate with developers, product managers, UX researchers, QA teams, and developer relations to ensure content is technically sound, user-centric, and aligned with business goals. At TraceLink, I developed and maintained customer-facing documentation for the Opus Platform, including JavaScript API reference guides, release notes, and user manuals. I also wrote Python scripts to automate content generation in MadCap Flare, significantly reducing turnaround time and human error. I co-created onboarding materials for technical writers and new hires, streamlining ramp-up and knowledge transfer across the organization. In previous roles, I authored more than 60 regulatory documents for Bracket’s RTSM and ePRO software, automated Word formatting via VBA, and contributed to internal training for global teams. At Oracle, I revised API documentation and proposed a Javadoc migration strategy that improved developer usability. Across all roles, I’ve leveraged tools like Confluence, Markdown, JSON, VBA, and JavaScript to streamline workflows and ensure content consistency.
