As the Director of Education at Gnomon, I lead an outstanding team of professional artists and educators. My responsibilities include program and curriculum development, procuring, training and directing top talent, mentoring, and instruction. Additionally, I facilitate building connections and collaborating with studios, software developers, and artists worldwide to ensure Gnomon and our community is at the forefront of industry trends. I serve as a trainer and consultant for major game, animation, and design studios, where I assess and implement workflow, pipeline, and training needs for their specific problems. I have also presented countless times on topics ranging from design, career and skill advancement, self-improvement, time management, and education.
