I am a Chartered Manager and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership, as well as certifications in ITIL, Prince 2, PROSCI and SFIA. My core competencies include service management, project management, and change management, which enable me to design, implement, and improve IT services and strategies for customers. I also excel at customer relationship management and problem solving, as I work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and provide them with effective and tailored solutions. Some of the projects I have successfully completed include cloud migration, IT infrastructure optimization, and business process reengineering.
