About Max Eckhardt

As a lost, 18 year old with too many paths in front of him, I dropped out of college and started a lawn maintenance company. With my dads truck and lawn mowers, I set out knocking on doors until I had my first customer. With the money I made from my first month, I invested half of it into advertising. Fast forward 5 years and I had a successful maintenance route with over 100 accounts being serviced weekly. They ranged from residential to commercial. We even had contracts with local gas stations, grocery stores, and retail locations. Feeling burnt out, I switched things up and started doing full design and installation. This put my sales skills to the test. If I didn’t make sales, I didn’t eat. Through the next 3 years I grew from $300k a year in revenue to $800k+ a year in revenue. I knew that sales was my calling. As I started to physically and mentally feel more burned out than ever, and after starting a family, I decided to make a huge change and close my company. This wasn’t before joining Pacific Builders. From there I doubled my sales in just 10 months, and found a family that allowed me to focus on what I do best, helping my customer realize, design, and build their dreams. I couldn’t be happier to do what I love, and spread happiness to all of my customers.
