I have over a decade of experience in venture capital ranging from operations, compliance, investor relations, finance, and legal. As Versant’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, based in San Francisco, I have direct responsibility across management company operations, legal, fundraising strategy, fund structuring, regulatory compliance, IT, and HR. In addition, I lead the implementation and structuring of liquidity opportunities for Versant’s public company portfolio and support the firm's Chairman as a key thought partner on the firm’s strategic initiatives. I serve on Versant Operations Team, the senior leadership committee for the firm. I am dedicated to the continued success of Versant, which entails being detail-driven and adept at handling the issues critical to Versant’s day-to-day legal, strategic and operational initiatives. In addition to offering creative and focused solutions to problems confronted by our team, I provide efficient, practical, business-oriented advice, extremely strong technical lawyering skills and good judgment.
