I take pride in my ability to engineer creative and efficient solutions to challenging problems. I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to hone my problem solving skills through the ambitious projects I have been tasked to spearheaded and the extensive training I have undergone. Most recently, I have designed and assembled a single-molecule Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) microscope to record movies of DNA repair proteins working together to repair a damaged DNA molecule. I am currently finishing my PhD work, and excited to take on even bigger challenges in the future.
