About Max Goldman

I am currently pursuing a Master's in Public Policy, where I am honing my skills in policy analysis, research, and strategic thinking to address critical societal issues. As part of my studies, I am actively involved in the NIH-funded Quality Memory Care Study, where I contribute to research aimed at improving memory care for older adults. This experience has deepened my passion for healthcare policy and reinforced the importance of using data to inform impactful, equitable policy solutions.In addition to policy analysis, I am passionate about policy advocacy and community outreach. I believe that policy, no matter how well-crafted, is most effective when it reaches and empowers the communities it serves. Many people are either unaware of policies that impact their daily lives or confused by complex regulations. My goal is to bridge that gap by helping educate communities on the policies that directly affect them—whether those are related to healthcare, transportation, or climate change. I am committed to breaking down complex policy issues, making them more accessible, and advocating for those who may not have a voice in the policymaking process.As I transition further into policy analysis, my goal is to use data-driven insights to inform meaningful, equitable policy decisions. I’m particularly focused on ensuring that analysis doesn’t happen in a vacuum but is grounded in the lived experiences of the communities policies are meant to serve. Whether it's healthcare, transportation, or climate change, I aim to produce research and analysis that not only supports effective policymaking but also considers equity, access, and long-term impact.I am eager to connect with professionals and organizations dedicated to making public policy more inclusive, transparent, and impactful. Together, we can educate and empower communities to become active participants in the policymaking process.
