About Max Hauser

I am a Managing Director and Senior Partner at the London office of Boston Consulting Group. I have spent the beginning of my career in the Munich office of BCG, followed by several years in Moscow and most recently, Dubai. I am the Global leader for MSP (Marketing, Sales, Pricing - anything top-line related) for Financial Institutions at BCG. My most recent experiences have been in banking and technology sectors. I am most excited about end-to-end digital transformation of institutions besieged with legacy technology, processes and people practices – unlocking their growth potential. I equally enjoy launching (digital) market disruptors and helping my clients expand to new lines of business and enter new geographical markets. Prior to joining BCG, I worked A.T. Kearney, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and Ernst & Young, among other firms. I hold a Diploma in Management from Ingolstadt School of Management, Germany and EDHEC Lille, France.
