About Max Hazelton

I am a member of the class of 2026 at Fordham University. I have two years of work experience at the Westport Weston Family YMCA. Here, I previously held the Wellness Coach position, where I maintained the gym and assisted members. I also worked at this organization's summer camp, Camp Mahackeno. I facilitated activities and ensured camp policies were followed while leading various groups of children. I have also spent time working as a Sales Associate at J.Crew where I honed my customer service skills and contributed to maintaining an organized and welcoming retail environment. I spent a majority of my third year at college working at Fordham's IT service desk. In this role, I provided technical assistance for Google storage inquiries, handled phone calls, troubleshot device issues, and supported students and faculty with a range of tech-related problems. During the 2025 summer, I interned at Indegene, a global healthcare solutions company. I worked on the Omnichannel and Generative AI team, where I helped design and test AI agents to support pharmaceutical marketing and customer experience workflows. The role gave me experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and applying AI tools to solve real-world business challenges.
