Open-minded and highly motivated scientist with a strong passion for (tumor) immunology. I bring several years of experience in immuno-oncological research, particularly in the gastrointestinal field. My work included the comprehensive characterization of the tumor microenvironment of over 140 pancreatic cancer patients through flow cytometry (blood and isolated lymphocytes), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and ELISA-based biomarker analysis. I have successfully trained many colleagues and students in advanced flow cytometry techniques, establishing robust multiparameter panels. I am dedicated to continuous scientific exchange and actively participated in several national and international conferences andI have independently published scientific papers.
