Advanced practice provider team lead of 30 plus inpatient oncology hospitalists on eight separate oncology units covering 112 beds. I have had a rewarding career as a registered nurse and currently as a nurse practitioner in the field of oncology. I have ten years of clinical oncology experience with five of those years as an advanced practice provider working in the inpatient medical oncology setting. Vast amount of workgroup, council, and team experience developing and implementing new policies and procedures, conducting research, defining innovation, and designing/implementing process improvement initiatives.
