About Max Hunzinger

I am currently a student in the Grande École program at Inseec BS, pursuing my final year of a Master's degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Leadership. Building on my previous experiences, I am currently working as a Strategic Account Manager apprentice in the commercial division at Chronopost. Since October 2024, I have been supporting a Strategic Account Manager in managing strategic accounts, including two major e-commerce players. My responsibilities are diverse and include tasks such as performance analysis, process optimization, and budget negotiations. At the same time, I have chosen to keep cross-functional responsibilities in collaboration with all the Key Account Managers. This includes managing certain clients directly (under the supervision of a KAM), as well as handling specific ad-hoc tasks, including an ongoing call for tenders. These new responsibilities allow me to refine my skills in client relationship management, strategic account management and oversight, deepen my analytical abilities (sales analysis, commercial performance, key performance indicators, etc.), gain knowledge in management by working with different teams, and strengthen my commercial skills.
