I'm not interested in working in a typical software development environment. I specialise in: thinking methods; the architecture, development, structure, engineering, and operation of software projects; and managing teams doing software projects. I'm working on new methods for teams to attain shared goals. Mostly this is with a focus on software dev. IMO scrum and agile haven't worked and have lots of issues. I think their two biggest constraints are: tolerance of incompetence and the lack of urgency/priority with which they facilitate corrective action. The philosophy I practice is Critical Fallibilism (CF). CF is partially the non-contradictory, simultaneous, inclusive integration of ideas from Popper+Deutsch, Rand, Mises, and Goldratt. CF is being developed by Elliot Temple.
