Mechanical / Electrical assembly of WTG components design preliminary review and associated auxiliary systems. Ensure designs for all WTG modules/components manufactured and documentation is complete and deliver in time. Project certificate and permit management, mainly focus on Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection relevant topics, power license acquire from BOE and MOEA. Over 4 years experience in structural and civil design for petrochemical industry/public utilities. Function including projects cost and man-hour quotation works, survey works arrangements, piling/steel structure/reinforced concrete infrastructure design. Over 4 years experience as a civil engineer. Main responsibilities when serving for Texas, United Stated project including early preparation works, assist commercial team for requisition and subcontracting, coordination within parties, cost, quality and schedule control. Moreover the civil design data/parameter review, internal coordinate with multi-discipline team for design and construction work, site activity supervision, quantity take-off for payment, arrangement of site activities and technical assistance on EPC contract.
