I have been privileged to manage and supervise projects of various size and scale up to 30 million dollars of annual production revenue under my charge. Embracing new challenges and personal growth to become a more resilient and capable leader, I provide organizations with a high level of experience in the development and support of Quality Management Systems, Regulatory Compliance, Welding Development and Materials Management. Focused on scaling up production and reducing cost, I apply my capabilities as an experienced Manufacturing Facilities Manager to reduce risk and forecast the needs of the organization. My ability to attract skilled and talented workers provides an opportunity of sustained effort for an Industrial Business Unit. Today, having a better understanding, I possess a drive to assist others with their own personal growth and development.
