I bring over a decade of experience in corporate and commercial banking and now extend that expertise into product ownership within GWB Modernisation Platform, where I focus on risk and credit system transformation.My career has taken me from managing client portfolios across Singapore, China, and Myanmar, to leading cross-border collaborations, and now to driving enterprise-wide digital transformation. As a Product Owner, I work with stakeholders across Risk Policy, Wholesale Credit Risk, Risk Portfolio Management, Group Audit, Group Finance, and Business Banking units to design and deliver scalable solutions that strengthen risk management and improve decision-making.I lead a squad of 10 engineers in building impactful products such as a RoRWA calculator, covenant tracking module, and risk scoring integration for our in-house Loan Origination System. These tools empower the bank to improve capital efficiency, compliance, and credit assessment capabilities.I thrive at the intersection of banking and technology—experimenting, problem-solving, and creating solutions that balance business growth with prudent risk management.
