About Max McColl

My current goal is to join a graduate recruitment program with an established and reputable international hotel chain to gain foundational experience, working towards a management role. At this stage of my career, I believe I am particularly suited to hotel revenue management and then eventually a managerial position as I possess strong analytical, numerical skills and capable technology skills. I have a strong level of self-motivation to compete any task with an organised approach. From a young age, I have proven my ability to study, work part-time and at the same time maintain a high degree of academic success. Currently, I study full-time at university and working part-time at the Sofitel, I am undertaking cross training at the Sofitel Sydney, Wentworth in the Reservations Department. The rationale behind this decision is to enhance my knowledge of the operational aspects behind hotel management. As a future leader in revenue management, I believe this type of experience will provide a strong foundation and lead to considered decision making. I look forward to my future career in the industry and expanding my knowledge of the business world through intensive learning and hands-on experience.
