About Max Molkentin
Hello, I started my flight training in the spring of 2016 at Kent State University. I was able to get the rest of my ratings and certifications up to this point at Kent State in the 5 years I have been here. I am currently a certified flight instructor at Kent State teaching the private pilot, commercial 1/2/3, and instrument flight courses. Through Kent State, I was able to join The National Gay Pilots Association as a member then later as the President of the chapter. Currently, I am still a member of the Kent State chapter, but I am also the Education and Safety Coordinator in the State of Ohio chapter of the NGPA. Aviation has lead me in a path I never expected and it has gifted me many friends and colleagues, and I look forward to meeting more people and encountering new experiences in aviation.
