About Max Molot

Master in Public Policy candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School with a background in military leadership and a growing focus on national security and energy policy. I’m currently a Rosenthal Fellow at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency and a research assistant at the Belfer Center, where I’ve contributed to published work on European security. I also serve as co-president of the Armed Forces Committee. Prior to graduate school, I served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, leading teams and managing operations across Europe. I’m passionate about strengthening U.S. alliances and advancing policy through federal service, and I’m building the tools and experience to work at the intersection of national security, energy, and global engagement.
