As a legal assistant at Ryan Law Firm, PLLC, I support the attorneys with various administrative and clerical tasks, such as preparing legal documents, conducting research, and communicating with clients. I have developed strong customer retention and sales skills, as I help to maintain and grow the firm's client base and revenue. I have also learned to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. In addition to my legal assistant role, I am pursuing a MA in Theology/Theological Studies at Franciscan University of Steubenville, where I deepen my knowledge and understanding of the Christian faith and its implications for the contemporary world. I am passionate about exploring the philosophical and historical foundations of theology, and applying them to current ethical and social issues. My education background has enhanced my critical thinking, analytical, and writing skills, as well as my ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. My previous experiences as a raft guide at Sage Outdoor Adventures and a counselor at Pine Cove have also shaped my professional and personal growth. I have gained valuable youth development skills, as I mentored and guided young people through various outdoor and recreational activities. I have also demonstrated adaptability, teamwork, and people skills, as I collaborated with diverse staff and stakeholders, and adapted to changing situations and challenges. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others, and to contribute to the success of the organizations I work with.
