About Max Muthig

Game Developer by day, Gamer by night. As a creative and hands-on person, I love tackling complex projects and shining light on them from all angles: game design, development, user experience as well as project management. I've been breathing games all my life, from owning my first own gaming pc at six years old to launching the first game on the app store before even entering university, then proceeding to build all kinds of gaming experiences while studying computer science and finally founding my first games company in 2016. After our team had secured seed-funding, we designed, developed & released Tower Duel - a 1vs1 real-time Tower Defense game for iOS and Android, which we're still occasionally releasing updates for today. While still creating our own games, we now focus on supporting other teams in the games and toy industry to design, prototype or full-stack develop their projects. In my spare time - you guessed it - I absolutely love gaming, especially seeing the latest hype-generating games and then wondering: Why didn't I come up with this? Other than loving to explore new video games, I also have an ongoing Civilization VI battle with my co-founder Lissi. Besides gaming virtually, I am also the proud owner of a board game collection with more games than I can realistically play. Always happy to meet new people and listen to your story.
