In doing this, we also oversee multiple ongoing process betterment projects within the Team Lead and SME pool, at the same time involving our moderation agents for better understanding of the content we receive and analyze for future betterment.Currently managing a wonderful team of 13 Team Leaders and 11 SME's, and overseeing a pool of 200+ agents within my line of business.
