I am an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in development, leadership, and DevOps practices. My journey began as a Trainee Computer Science Expert, where I honed my skills in office programming and Access applications. From there, I transitioned into the role of a SharePoint Developer, where I gained valuable experience over a period of 4 years and 5 months. As a Full Stack Developer at oaf | medium, I showcased my proficiency in various technologies and contributed to the company's projects. I then took on the role of CEO/CTO at TeamGrid Germany GmbH, leading the company's technical operations and playing a crucial role in its growth and success. Continuing my journey at TeamGrid Germany GmbH, I served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), contributing to the company's technological advancements for almost 4 years. I then joined keen.net as a DevOps Engineer, where I optimized development and deployment processes. Currently, I am the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder of VineForecast, where I am spearheading the company's technological strategy and overseeing its growth. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in various technologies and tools. I leverage my proficiency with macOS to seamlessly integrate different tools into my workflow, such as Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration. Visual Studio Code (VSCode) is my preferred code editor, and I rely on TypeScript and Node.js for clean and efficient code development. Next.js and styled-components are my go-to choices for building web applications with server-side rendering and stylish UI components. To ensure code quality, I utilize ESLint for enforcing coding standards and Jest for writing unit tests. Additionally, I possess expertise in DevOps practices, utilizing Kubernetes for efficient application orchestration and Docker for containerization. I also leverage GitHub Actions to automate tasks and streamline workflows.
