Experienced Civil Engineer and General Manager Driving Projects at MGBCE since 2021. As a seasoned Civil Engineer, my expertise lies in construction, project management, and engineering. Since 2021, I have been pursuing my Master in Business Administration at the University of Strathclyde Business School, Scotland, with an added focus on business strategy. This enriching experience has not only broadened my understanding of organizational dynamics, accounting & financial management but also sharpened my strategic decision-making. With the culmination of my MBA program approaching, I am now dedicating my efforts to my final thesis, centered on Predictive and Prescriptive Data Analytics. I firmly believe that combining data-driven insights with a strategic mindset is crucial for well-informed and forward-thinking decisions in today's dynamic business landscape. In 2007, I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Melbourne and started honing my skills as a geotechnical engineer throughout Australia at Tetra Tech Coffey, a prominent provider of consulting & engineering services worldwide. In 2014, I had the privilege of becoming Co-Owner of Geo Works Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, where we successfully acquired contracts as a design and build main contractor for diverse residential and commercial projects in Klang Valley, Penang & Johor, earning the trust of esteemed property developers’ colleagues. Contributing to the company's continuous profitability and success has been a fulfilling journey as we deliver design & build services in earthworks, piling, substructures, and basements. While I embrace continuous learning, particularly in the rapidly changing business landscape, I am equally dedicated to driving improvement and fostering a culture of growth and development based on strong fundamentals. My leadership centers on empowering and developing the team with empathy and understanding. Yet, when confronted with challenges, I adopt a ferocious and determined mindset to overcome hurdles. Nurturing the team's abilities and cultivating future leaders remains a top priority while upholding the highest standards in work.
