I have had the pleasure of working across a number of industry sectors including food, banking, travel and particularly enjoy my present period working in sales/ distribution. I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual who perseveres to achieve great success even within demanding environments and challenging roles; an outstanding and consistent track record in delivering key performance measures in various roles over several years. I have an excellent ability to work within a team and also proven on taking a senior leadership role – my success has a common thread of being an inspirational leader not a ‘traditional manager’ and really getting to the heart of what motivates and moves my team on an individual and collective level. I am keen on supporting the development of people and I have been lucky to be able to work with a gifted & diverse talent base – TOGETHER achieving fantastic results! Now, as the Head of Sales I am responsible for leading all sales efforts, creating new and evolving existing relationships, strategically launching new products and/or services into the market and ensuring customer service standards are high whilst representing multiple global brands and product ranges.
