Raised in New Hampshire as part of the first CSA in America(Temple-Wilton Community Farm). I have been lucky enough to work in amazing kitchens like Le Bernardin, run a tiny food and wine pairing tasting room of 18 seats in Sonoma, and cultivate one of the most longstanding private chef teams in Northern California. Recently I have focused on building a hospitality ecosystem demonstrating the change I hope to see in the world.
