I am a technical/people leader and software engineer, backed by 20 years of software engineering and leadership experience, great at conducting teams of smart developers who build sophisticated software applications. My career has been spent building enterprise level software applications, mentoring and leadership for design, architecture, and implementation of multi-tier integrated systems. My natural ability in thinking out of the box and tailoring people and process to the technology, alongside my passion for end user experience, sets me apart in the work that I do. My knowledge of various application layer architecture, system design patterns, integration design patterns, cloud integration frameworks, database design, security, and performance, together with the knowledge of project management and scrum master makes me capable of wearing various hats in the life cycle of the work that my team delivers. I always thrive for pragmatic solutions that combine innovation and best practices, supported by a strong leadership style with focus to drive value towards continuous improvement.
