About Max Raven

I am a former Project Manager and Data Scientist intern at Spring Vale Vineyard. I am a Data Science student at the University of Houston. I have an Associate of Science degree from Houston Community College, where I studied science and developed a strong foundation in data analysis and programming. I am passionate about applying my data science skills to real-world problems and creating value for businesses and customers.As a Project Manager, I led efforts to oversee and enhance the bottling process, ensuring the smooth and efficient production of wine. I implemented quality control measures and repair work when necessary, resulting in a more streamlined operation. I also optimized resource allocation, improving productivity and overall operations. Additionally, I leveraged data analysis skills to extract insights from large datasets, enabling the creation of heat maps to visualize the correlation between different components in wine, such as taste and color. These visualizations contributed to the understanding and enhancement of wine quality, further enriching the vineyard's product. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, where I can learn from others and share my ideas and perspectives. I am motivated by the opportunity to use data science to improve the quality and efficiency of wine production and deliver a superior product to customers.
