About Max Reusch

As a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, I thrive on solving complex challenges and building resilient, future-ready cloud solutions. My journey has taken me from backend development and technical support to designing architectures that empower customers and teams to succeed. I’m passionate about sharing knowledge, whether through workshops, technical writing, or mentoring colleagues.Fluent in both German and English, I enjoy working in international environments and connecting people across disciplines. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring historical sites, practicing medieval martial arts, or diving into a good sci-fi novel. I believe in continuous learning, creative problem-solving, and making technology accessible and impactful for everyone.
