With extensive experience in the music industry, I am an enthusiastic and innovative music producer and client operations expert. Holding a certification in audio production techniques from the University of Washington, I am also currently pursuing a music business certificate at UCLA Extension. My passion lies in collaborating with local artists, crafting original music, and managing various audio projects. Presently, I'm an integral part of the client operations team at Live Nation Entertainment, the global leader in live entertainment. In my role as a client operations specialist, I engage in extensive market research to identify growth opportunities, resulting in successful new client acquisitions. My contributions encompass overseeing the onboarding of more than 10 new clients, collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement strategic promotional campaigns for artists and events, and managing the coordination and execution of client events to ensure impeccable client satisfaction. Furthermore, I have resolved over 500 client and customer support queries and closely collaborate with the Universe finance team, confirming and approving client payouts amounting to over My journey also involved serving as an Industrial Real Estate Brokerage Intern at KBC Advisors in Seattle, where I supported brokers and transaction managers in commercial/industrial real estate transactions, managed diverse projects from different real estate teams, and engaged with buyers and sellers across the country. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce, Zendesk, and R, I consistently executed tasks efficiently and effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. I am well-versed in music production having contributed my expertise to a range of audio projects across genres. Adept in the use of Ableton, FL Studio, Cubase, Pro Tools, and Logic Pro X software, I have successfully DJ'd and performed at numerous events during my college years. With a solid academic background, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Real Estate from the University of Washington. In addition to my studies, I earned an Audio Production Certificate with a cumulative GPA of 3.50.
