About Max Rixe

Experienced Management Consultant with broad experience in both the public and private sectors. Strong consulting and facilitation expertise in human resource management, leadership, innovation and adaptation, change management and effective communication. The reason I get out of bed in the morning is to help leaders both established and emerging be the best version of themselves. I have had the privilege to work with the following organisations either currently or recently: Department of Defence, the Government of Samoa, Essential Energy, Australian Taxation Office, The Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA), the Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate of the ACT Government, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Social Services, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, the Commonwealth Grants Commission, the Commonwealth Ombudsman, and the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority amongst others.
