Internationally experienced Organisational Development and Capability professional. With a special interest in leadership and culture change, I have a passion for applying what the science of human behaviour tells us to improve the way people work together and realise their full potential. I believe we can make an enormous contribution to the creation of healthier and more sustainable societies by making positive organisational cultures a standard. I am driven to help organisations create positive, predictable environments where people feel connected to the organisation’s purpose, and psychologically safe to make their best contribution. My background in digital learning design, workshop facilitation and project management provides me the practical tools and know-how to help organisations move with purpose toward their desired future state.
