I am a Partner and management consultant at Valcon focusing on leading the team's operations in Sweden and to achieve great results with our Clients. Valcon has a rapidly expanding team of close to consultants in northern Europe, and my goal is to drive growth and strengthen client relationships in the Nordics. Our focus is on connecting strategy and operations to deliver premium consulting services. My responsibilities include recruiting top talent, managing and mentoring team members, driving sales and account development, and program delivery for our clients. I have extensive experience and expertise in managing group functions (finance, sourcing/procurement, supply chain). My primary focus is on optimizing processes, driving digital transformation, and implementing organizational development initiatives to enhance clients' performance. My track record of delivering successful projects and programs, include- Led a team and program from pre-study to Global roll-out of industry standardization at an international Industrial manufacturer. The program included multiple tracks; Process optimization, Supplier onboarding, Change management, and Tech, spanning multiple markets- Led the Value Assurance effort for a large-scale transformation program with global reach. My team ensured that the program identified, realized, and harvested the business value generated by the initiative- Conducted a comprehensive change program in Finance that involved analyzing existing processes, steering models, and software, redesigning and optimizing them, and implementing new Finance software (including procurement, budgeting, and forecasting) to replace several existing solutions- Optimized Procurement by redesigning processes, implementing category management, conducting comprehensive spend analyses, and sourcing and implementing new IT software to support the improved processes and analytics- Managed a global optimization and cost-out program for the transportation industry that involved implementing data-driven analytics, optimizing systems and planning, and optimizing manning- Designed and implemented a strategy and business turnaround program for a large media group. This effort included conducting market and competitor analyses, developing business cases, and executing cost reduction projects.
