Currently working as a Lawyer at ASIC where I undertake investigations into suspected cases of financial misconduct, gather and analyse evidence and engage in preparation of matters in Court including drafting and preparing legal documents and compiling briefs My ongoing experience working in the legal profession has allowed me to develop the following core skills- Communication: experienced in both written and verbal communication with legal professionals, clients and stakeholders. This includes communication through emails, letters and phone calls- Organisational skills: handling and working autonomously on conveyancing and leasing matters and meeting settlement and requisition deadlines- Teamwork: able to work cooperatively within a team to achieve a common objective as well as effectively as a team leader who can inspire, delegate tasks, and manage professionalism- Problem solving: experienced in decision making and critical thinking skills from working as by constantly taking initiative to produce quality work; and - Technical skills: well versed in the legal software programs of Nuix Discover, PEXA, Matter Centre and LEAP as well as Microsoft Office, Google and Apple programs and able to learn new programs quickly
