The human body is an enigma that we are continuously learning new information about. Despite everything we do know about the correlation between diet and your health, there is still so much that we don't know. My passion is learning about different foods and the role they play in your body. All foods are NOT created equal, which is why I am an advocate of eating a healthy, nutritious diet.I obtained my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Fontbonne University in May 2021. Currently, I am a dietetic intern and graduate student at St. Louis University. I believe that learning is one of the most important aspects of life, so I put forth the effort every day to continue my education. After graduation in August 2022, I plan to take my registration exam so I can become a practicing RD.
