About Max Tyrrell
After growing up and going to nursing school in NY, I picked up and went to California to job hunt. After 6 weeks, I found a new grad ER program at Dameron Hospital. For over two and a half years, I enjoyed working in an environment valuing continued education and nursing autonomy, and focusing on teamwork within the ER. I have since been travel nursing with my wife, Jane. We started in Chinle, AZ, located in the Navajo Reservation in Arizona. After that we accepted winter seasonal positions in Frisco, Colorado, which is near several ski resorts including Breckenridge and Keystone. We then went from mountains to the tropics of Hawaii, working in the city of Hilo on the Big Island.
