At Axer Consultores, I co-founded a consulting firm where I've led projects in mass consumption, agribusiness, education, and B2B businesses, helping them achieve their strategic goals. Prior to Axer, I honed my skills in major LATAM corporations, spearheading the creation, launch, and success of numerous initiatives in various product categories. This includes mass consumption (oils, margarines, shortenings, pastas, soft drinks), impulse products (cookies, cereals, candies), home care (detergents, soaps, softeners), and personal care (shampoo, deodorants, soaps, sunscreen). My expertise extends beyond product marketing. I've also managed marketing and sales teams for OTC pharmaceutical products, driving success for leading brands in the Peruvian market. My reach stretches across Latin America, having served as International Marketing Manager for Alicorp for over three years. Beyond my industry experience, I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and exploring the world. I teach at the Graduate Schools of Universidad del Pacífico and Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas, and I've published articles on marketing and business in specialized magazines and newspapers. When I'm not strategizing or learning, you can find me on the soccer field, curled up with a book on world history, or venturing near and far to discover new places.
