Product Design Lead working on allowing companies to efficiently scale their customer service and provide a high-quality customer experience, at Trengo. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to shape cohesive, user-centered experiences across the platform. Leading product-wide initiatives, evolving design systems and standards, and ensuring design remains a meaningful, strategic part of how we build and scale. Combining a strong focus on systems thinking with an eye for detail, I work at the intersection of user needs and business goals, translating complexity into clarity. Exploring how AI can be used to meaningfully improve the customer experience, going beyond automation to build tools that are assistive, transparent, and trustworthy. Design plays a central role in making these capabilities feel natural and valuable rather than overwhelming or hidden. Always curious about how we can simplify complexity and create experiences that feel effortless, both for customers and the teams behind them. In recent years, I’ve worked across key areas of Trengo’s platform, designing a flexible user roles and permissions system, refining our WhatsApp experience, rethinking pricing and packaging, and contributing to our evolving approach to AI within the product.
