I’m an analyst on the Originations team at Fairbridge Asset Management LLC, where I focus on structuring and underwriting bridge loans across multifamily and commercial real estate. My role involves evaluating acquisition, refinance, and construction opportunities, preparing investment memos, and working closely with sponsors to assess deal feasibility and execution risk. I joined Fairbridge full-time after interning with the team during both the academic year and the summer of 2024, gaining hands-on experience in real estate credit analysis and deal execution. I graduated Cum Laude from Fairfield University in May 2025 with a B.S. in Finance and Business Analytics, where I built a strong foundation in financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment. I also hold the Real Estate Financial Modeling (REFM) and Real Estate Financing Analysis Investment (REFAI) certifications, which strengthened my ability to analyze complex transactions and support investment decisions. I’m passionate about the intersection of real estate, capital markets, and technology. In particular, I’m exploring how AI can enhance underwriting, improve efficiency, and generate value in complex real estate transactions. I believe the next wave of innovation in private credit will come from leveraging data and AI to drive smarter, faster, and more accurate investment decisions.
