About Max Wolff

I'm an experienced software engineer & architect with 10+ years of experience in the tech industry. During my career I've worked both solo and in teams of varying size, mostly in product companies and startups. I've experienced several different sectors and used a plethora of technologies: Games, XR, crypto-currencies / Web3, banking, RFID, e-commerce, among others. I have worked with embedded systems, native multi-platform app platforms, developed cutting-edge SPAs, designed and worked with complex domain logic using advanced architectural patterns such as & CQRS, and built completely serverless backends using Firebase, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Mentoring and teaching has been a core part of my work, and I've taught new technologies and mentored young developers on their journeys in most positions I've had. I've also built processes for communication, project management, and quality assurance to facilitate transparency, the free flow of information, and qualitative and measurable product delivery within my teams. I'm a serial entrepreneur, and my entrepreneurial spirit has led me to often be a part of not only the R&D of organizations but also business development, and I've been a part of several strategy groups and held managerial positions in my career.
