As an Economics graduate from the University of Bath, with a proven ability to perform under pressure, experience in client-facing roles, and strong interest in financial markets, I am showcase my analytical skills and inquisitive nature. My enthusiasm for financial markets stems from the Stock Investors Challenge, where I lead my team in analysing markets and identifying trends in order to create well considered and successful investment strategies. Modules such as Corporate Finance, Macro/Microeconomics, as well as Mathematics have further sharpened my technical and quantitative skills, allowing me to combat complex mathematical models and problems with precision and attention to detail. Furthermore, my strong academic background has been well supported by the development of crucial skills: Analytical Expertise and Financial Modeling: Different coursework and projects allowed me to build strong modeling skills, forecasting and valuation, and gave me an absolute ability to interpret financial data with accuracy and insight. Client-Focused Communication: As a Food and Beverage Assistant at Queenwood Golf Club, I worked and built strong relationships with extremely high end clients—an ability I can transfer to working with institutional clients. Adaptability and Collaboration: My role at Catering Services International required fast adaptation to varied environments, demonstrating flexibility, and teamwork. Having strong communication skills was key, as ‘every day was like my first day’. Leadership Under Pressure: As Head of House and a Peer Mentor during my time at Gordon’s Sixth Form as well as qualifying as both a rugby and football referee, I quickly found my ability to perform as well as lead under pressure.
