About Maxence Guerout

Quality and performance professional with an industrial engineering background, using data-driven analytics as a key lever to support decision-making, operational performance, and continuous improvement. In my current role, I work at the intersection of quality, strategy, and performance, where data analysis is not the primary job title but a core tool. I regularly transform operational data into structured insights, define meaningful KPIs, and build dashboards to support both strategic and day-to-day decisions.I mainly work with Power BI and business data coming from operational tools, often in non-ideal or imperfect formats. This has strengthened my ability to structure data, design reliable models, and translate business needs into clear and actionable indicators. With a strong engineering mindset, I am particularly interested in roles where analytics, performance, and business understanding come together — whether in quality, operations, or data-oriented environments. I aim to grow further toward analytics-driven roles while staying closely connected to real business challenges.
