About Maxim Janssen

As a Software Sales Engineer at Mecalux, I apply my Computer Science degree and my passion for warehouse optimization to help customers achieve their goals. I have been working with Mecalux since October 2020, and I am responsible for supporting Sales Engineers in the UK and Germany, as well as representing the company in the Netherlands, the UK, and Northern Europe. In my role, I use my expertise in Easy WMS, the warehouse management system by Mecalux, to find ways to improve customer efficiency, productivity, and profitability. I work closely with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations, and I demonstrate how Easy WMS can solve their problems and add value to their operations. I also collaborate with other Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Support teams to provide feedback, suggestions, and solutions based on customer feedback and market trends. I enjoy working in a dynamic and diverse environment, where I can learn from others and share my knowledge and skills. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as on the company's growth and innovation.
